The living room has a sofa-bed, a spacious dining table, contemporary furniture (made by the landlord himself) bringing together traditional materials (marble, glass, metal) and more modern ones (carbon fibre), and other decor items.
Numerous books are gathered on the shelves, with the stereo equipment and a few music CDs.
The tiled bathroom includes a bathtub with a shower, a wash basin with mirror. The walls and the floor are covered with white tiles.
The washing machine, and a separate dryer on top, are also in the bathroom.
Bath towels are supplied.
The kitchen offers a refrigerator, a dishwasher, an oven, 4 electrical burners, a kettle, etc. and a fairly complete set of kitchenware and tableware. Towels are supplied.

AVAILABILITY
Available 31st July 2011(to be reconfirmed for each reservation as this paragraph is not necessarily updated immediately after a new reservation).

SHORT TERM all-in rates
They cover the rent (for peaceful/quiet use of the apartment), the rental fee, the final cleaning fee, utilities, electricity up to 3 euros per night, and :
- DSL high speed access to Internet with either an Ethernet cable or Wifi, including also limited international freee telephone service
- Otherwise use of the telephone with a prepaid card without any communication charging the owner's telephone account - if that would happen the cost would be deducted from the refundable safety deposit

Linen and towels are provided and belong to the flat, cleaning products (soap, washing tablets or powder, dish-washing liquid, etc..) and some other basic consumables (oil, salt, sugar, etc..) are provided in limited quantities for renter's convenience. Upon renter's departure similar quantities should be ready for use by the next renter, at departing renter's expense.

- 7 nights :
high season : 1,060 euros (151.39 euros per night)
low season : 980 euros (140.00 euros per night)

- 14 nights :
high season : 1,770 euros (126.43 euros per night)
low season : 1,635 euros (116.79 euros per night)

In each case :
- a refundable safety deposit, payable upon arrival, will be required to cover possible damage in the flat, or the loss of a key.
For a rental period of 3 months or less, a refundable deposit equal to 2,500 euros, or the equivalent in USD, is adequate.
For a longer rental period, the refundable deposit should be 5,000 euros, or the equivalent in USD.
- a non refundable firm reservation down-payment will be required before arrival, unless the decison to rent and the agreement of the landlords would be a last minute deal.
- electricity is included up to a reasonable usage (average 21 euros per week)
- telephone can be used with prepaid cards for outgoing calls.

LONG TERM rate
It may be possible sometimes to rent the apartment for more than 3 months, in which case a special rate and rental fee could be negotiated.

It would be 1,980 euros per month including utilities, and high speed access to Internet.
Additional costs include electricity/gas, other telecommunications, renter's insurance,
and reasonable broker's fee which depends upon length of stay.
