We have a lovely, big room in a large shared apartment in the 15th arrondisement of Paris.
It's 50 meters from Dupleix Metro for the line 6, and a 5 min walk from Motte Picquet Grenelle Metro for lines 6,8 and 10!- a very convenient and safe area of Paris.
It's a three bedroom apartment (-shared only with girls-one Italian and 1 french -who both speak good English.) With unlimited wifi internet / washing machine/ dishwasher/ central heating/ fully equipped kitchen/oven/ large lounge / unlimited local and international calls and all bills included in the monthly rent (700 Euros). It really is all inclusive and it's a lovely apartment.
If you are considerate, clean, and friendly(- but not into crazy parties) then the flat would be perfect for you.
It's currently my bedroom that you'd have and I'm looking to move out at the end of February as I'm moving into another place.
