It resides on the 5th floor without elevator. The building with Pierre de Taille from 1870 is a well kept one, with marble at the entrance
and red carpet on the stairs. The doors of the apartment are royal blue. At the entrance of the building, one can find a security system and a mailbox.The walls are off white.

It can be described as follows:

Living room: It is separated from the bedroom and is sunny during the day. The room has 2 small Love Chairs, a day bed, a dinning table, an antique English drawers, a small desk and ancient Moroccan rugs. There is a window overlooking the courtyard.

Bedroom: It has a decorative fireplace, a large armoire 30', a full size bed and antique frame made of wood.

Kitchen: The kitchen is separated from the rest of the apartment. This nicely designed kitchen has green pine wood closets with white and red tiles. It has a gas cooker with 2 burners, a washing machine, a refrigerator, and an oven. There is also a window.

Bath room: There is one bathroom with a bathtub, a washbasin, a window, blue pine wood closets and white and blue tiles. The restrooms, which are separated, have a window.
