This apartment is located in a safe and friendly neighbourhood and is extremely close to the lively rue des Martyrs. It is a quiet Top floor apartment (double glazed windows), with elevator, in a refurbished building with charming entrance. This flat is entirely furnished (not IKEA), with all additional conveniences because it has been my home for several years.
