The studio is completely independant and is located on rue la Fontaine (16th district). The closest metro station is Jasmin (line 9) - it is only a few minutes by walk. You have also line 10 next to the apartment (station Eglise d'Auteuil).
The studio is fully equipped with a kitchenette (small oven, fridge) and all furniture needed. The bathroom is private and is situated within the studio. The room is 10 m² and there is a lot of cupboard space. The place is located on the 6th floor(no lift).
The price is 470 ? and there is a deposit of 900 ?. No possibility to have neither APL nor ALS.
