Lovely 1 bedroom apartment, pleasently bright and quiet, new furniture and clean, situated in one of the most researched neighborhoods of Paris having around: Mouffetard, Latin Quarter and la Sorbonne, St Germain de Pres, Notre Dame, Luxembourg Gardens.
The metro station is right at 1 minute walking, so is the bus stop and the velib point. You have a really pictoresque open air market (totally Parisian!) on the parallel street, the famous rue Mouffetard. The left bank is safe and calm and frequented by students, full of tourist spots. Right behind the building you have the big Jardin des Plantes, an amazing big research garden that will make you forget you're in the very center of Paris if you need to!
The apartment is on the fifth floor with elevator (rare in the center!). The windows are on the streetside, and the street is little and quiet, almost pedestrian. It doesn't get hot at summer as Paris doesn't really get the summer heath.
You have a big bed in the bedroom and a covertible sofa in the living room for guests. There is a fully equipped american kitchen, with owen and microwave and everything you might need. There is a bathroom with: WASHING machine/DRYER
and SHOWER(a shower with a real glass door, not with a plastic curtain!).
You can trust the great quality of my apartment as I live here myself until the renting period starts, so i take excellent care of it. It will be clean, new with great equippement.
