Nice and very quiet 1 br in the 9 th arrondissement of Paris. 60 euros/ night, 450 euros/ week, 1200 euros/ month.
The neigbourhood: very pleasant and famous street (rue Cadet) , with shops, restaurants, and no cars. BY FOOT: 10-15 min tops to Louvre, Montmartre, Opéra, Grands Boulevards, Grands magasins, buses and RER to Roissy and Orly airports. 10 min by walk (4 bus stops) from Gare du Nord ( Trains to London, Amstredam, Belgium...)
The apartement: 30 M2. 1 living room with american kitchen and a sofa (you can sleep on it), and a bedroom with a large bed. The bathroom is clean.
The apartment is sunny and very quiet (on a court with flowers). It's on the 5 th floor, the only thing is there is no evelator...
