1 -- 1500 euros/month - 0BR - Cosy studio apartment, entirely renovated in Spring 2009 in Paris by the Centre Pompidou

<b>Apartment Code: 1254 and city: Paris </b>(please always mention the apartment code and city you're interested in when contacting us, thank you)

Cosy studio apartment, entirely renovated in Spring 2009 and fully equipped with all necessities, located on the 1st floor of a building (with elevator) nestled by the Centre Pompidou, in the 3rd arrondissement.

This charming 15sq.mt studio apartment has been entirely renovated with care and attention to detail in order to offer a cosy home with all modern comforts and necessities. To the right of the entrance a small kitchen with electric hobs is perfectly equipped with everything one could wish for, including a mini-dishwasher and a washing machine, optimizing space without sacrificing comforts. The main area offers a welcoming environment with a double sofa bed (1,40 wide), two lamps, a flat screen television, a period foldable table dating back to the Napoleonic era (Second Empire), and two chairs, whilst a brick laid bench under the window with cushions complements the sitting area. A comfortable built-in closet divided into two serves to hide and store: one side hides the refrigerator, microwave oven, and cookware, whilst the other is for storing guest's personal belongings. The bathroom, with plenty of mirrors to decorate and enlarge the room, is fitted with a stall shower, w!
ash basin and toilet.

The apartment is located in the 3ème arrondissement in the lively quartier of the Pompidou Centre, known as Beaubourg, which offers much in the way of visual art.
To the north of the Pompidou Centre numerous commercial art galleries and the odd bookshop and salon de thé occupy the attractive hôtels particuliers of narrow, pedestrian rue Quincampoix. Halfway down the street on the right is the delightful, cobbled passage Molière, with its quirky shops.
South of the Pompidou Centre, rue Renard runs down to the Hôtel de Ville, the seat of the city's government and a mansion of gargantuan proportions in florid neo-Renaissance style, modelled pretty much on the previous building burned down in the Commune. An illustrated history of this edifice, always a prime target in riots and revolutions, is displayed along the platform of M° Châtelet on the Neuilly Vincennes line.

6 -- 2600 euros/month - 0BR - Large studio apartment with separate kitchen in Paris by Louvre Museum

<b>Apartment Code: 675 and city: Paris </b>(please always mention the apartment code and city you're interested in when contacting us, thank you)

Large studio apartment with separate kitchen, located on the second floor of a typical Parisian building (no elevator) in a very welcoming quarter in the heart of Paris, just between the Opéra Garnier and the Louvre Museum.

Nicely furnished, this 34sq.mt apartment offers the comfort and convenience of a perfect place to feel at home in, bright and sunny and furbished with parquet flooring and classic style furniture.
A small entry hall leads to the main room where the living area is, complete with two sofas (one being a thick sofa-bed 160x200), a dining table and a desk area. There is a TV set with cable and a DVD player. The two French windows overlooking the street are double glazed. The fully equipped kitchen is separate and includes all necessities such as a dishwasher a washing machine and both traditional and microwave ovens.
The very nice bathroom has a large shower, a basin, a bidet and a toilet. It contrasts from the style of the apartment with it stylish black modern look. Completing the picture is a large walk-in closet, offering lots of space for everything one would need to store. PETS NOT ALLOWED

This part of Paris has nearly no equivalent when speaking about location and proximity of centers of interest. Right in the 1st arrondissement, close to the Opera and the Louvre, the apartment is surrounded by History.
Here culture meets the business sector. The area is ideally located for work as many companies and banks are based there or within a short distance. Four of the best hotels in Paris are right nearby, the Crillon, the Ritz, the Meurice and the trendier Hotel Costes.
Already very important during the three centuries before the French Revolution in 1789, this part of Paris has always developed and evolved. In the 16th and 17th century the "Jardin des Tuileries" and the "Place Vendôme" were created. Minor changes to the streets occurred later, for instance "rue de la Paix" (originally "rue Napoléon") was built at the beginning of the 19th century. The rue Saint-Honoré was known as been a place where all ranks of nobility and rich Parisian families found their suppliers since the 16th century. Nowadays the places and people have evolved, but the trend is the same. Except for Sundays, when all shops are closed, the area is always busy and lively.
With all this History what we now have is an amazing architecture and museums. All the streets in the neighbourhood have a very specific theme, the buildings all present a harmonious architecture and design and most of them if not all are of historical importance.
The "Jardin des Tuileries" itself is another piece of History, and in addition to its green area it offers a couple of museums (Le Jeu de Paume and l`Orangerie). Through this garden, and thanks to the Passerelle Solférino, it is easy to access the museum of Orsay, whereas within a short walking distance one also reaches the Louvre. For more theatrical entertainment the "La Comédie Française" and the Opéra Garnier are also very close by.
The neighbourhood has everything to offer for a fine day to day life.
