I'm renting my lovely studio (1 room - 28m2, double bed, fully equipped kitchen, washing maschine) in June '11. The studio is in the 20th arrondissement, next to the famous Pere Lachaise cemetery, groceries and shops nearby, metro Gambetta 2min walk.

My appartment is located in a great area between buttes chaumont park and canal de l'ourq wharf. Direct access to center of paris by metro subway in 10 minutes or 15 minutes by bike (on whraf).
Fully furnished, there is one bed room and a living room with a bed sofa, kitchen, bathroom and separated toilets.
Th building is safe with a guardian.
I rent it during this summer, from june to september :
80 euros per night or 400 euros for 6 nights or 13 euros for one month.
If you're interested, ask me for pictures of the interior of it.
