1 -- My PARIS for YOUR PLACE Summer 2009

I have a nice and cosy one bedroom apartment (45 square meters) in Paris/Montreuil. (subway station down the building. line 9, station Croix de Chavaux that takes you to the heart of Paris in 15'').
Hardwood floor, fully equipped (cable TV + wifi/ washing machine /dishwasher etc.), nice bathroom+ shower, VERY sunny..
It sleeps TWO people (one king size bed + one convertible sofa for one or two). PREFERABLY NYC. Open to other destinations. Has to be URBAN and CENTRAL (we don't drive !)Only major cities, sorry Period : 2/4 weeks in late JULY/ AUGUST (only after july 12th and before august 28th). DATES ARE NOT FLEXIBLE (I work as a high school teacher and cannot choose my dates !)sorry :-)
ALL conveniences in the neighborhood: swimming pool, Vincennes park, Vincennes castle within 15 minutes by bus or bike (check : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ch%C3%A2teau_de_Vincennes)
All shops nearby (including an open air market three times a week). A chemist and a bakery right accross the street. Taxi+urban bikes+buses anly two blocks away !!
I am experienced in this kind of exchange and I am looking for respectful people only!!
