4 -- My PARIS for your place AUGUST 09

I have a nice and cosy one bedroom apartment (45 square meters) in Montreuil. (subway station down the building. line 9, station Croix de Chavaux that takes you to the heart of Paris in 10 minutes you can even walk to Paris,, 15''walk, many buses).
Hardwood floor, fully equipped (cable TV + wifi/ washing machine /dishwasher etc.), nice bathroom+ shower, VERY sunny..
It sleeps up to three people (one large bed + one convertible sofa for one or two). PREFERABLY NYC. Open to other destinations. Has to be URBAN and CENTRAL (we don't drive !)Only major cities, sorry Period : 2/4 weeks in late JULY/ AUGUST (only after july 12th and before august 28th). DATES ARE NOT FLEXIBLE (I work as a high school teacher and cannot choose my dates !)sorry :-)
ALL cinveniences in the neighborhood: swimming pool, Vincennes park, Vincennes castle. All shops nearby (including an open air market three times a week). A chemist and a bakery right accross the street. Taxi+urban bikes+buses anly two blocks away !!
I am experienced in this kind of exchange and I am looking for respectful people only 
