- Otherwise use of the telephone with a prepaid card without any communication charging the owner's telephone account - if that would happen the cost would be deducted from the refundable safety deposit

Linen and towels are provided and belong to the flat, cleaning products (soap, washing tablets or powder, dish-washing liquid, etc..) and some other basic consumables (oil, salt, sugar, etc..) are provided in limited quantities for renter's convenience. For a longer rental period, the refundable deposit should be 5,000 euros, or the equivalent in USD.
