Hello, we rent a spare room in our family flat, for tourists and visitors, on a daily or weekly basis. we are in the Paris area, not in the center but it is reachable in 10 minutes by train, The building is modern and fitted with all facilities, our flat is on the the third and last floor (by stairs only) overlooking the seine river, with a big terrace, and you'll have a private shower/toilet as our kids are on holidays. High speed Internet and WIFI provided free of charge.
you can also share breakfast with us for the same price
the train station ST DENIS is 700 m from our place
I can also be your guide to do sightseeing in Paris (by train or Metro) if needed, obviously totally free ;) but only when I an not at work - can drive/pick you up in my private car if not at work for the cost of petrol.
